Asynchronous & Telehealth Booking Instructions

  1. Select ‘Telehealth’ in the dropdown
    menu’ (EVEN if you are booking an
    asynchronous visit)
  2.  Choose 7:30 am for an asynchronous visit
    3. View the availability on the calendar above for a telehealth appointment
    4. Choose the desired day/time for a
    telehealth visit and send the
    appointment request

In-Clinic & In-Home Booking Instructions

  1. Select ‘In-office’ in the dropdown
  2. View the availability on the calendar
    above for an in-clinic or in-home
    3. Choose the desired day/time for a
    in-clinic OR in-home appointment
    and send the appointment request

The scheduling system will offer MANY more options than what is available from the calendar options above. If you choose a day/time that is not listed above, the appointment will be declined and need to re-scheduled.


*By booking an appointment you agree to place a credit card on file and a $25 booking fee (or
your specialist co-pay amount) will be automatically be charged. This fee IS reported to your
insurance company and deducted from your total bill.

*Cancellation policy: You may cancel your appointment 72 hours prior to your appointment and a refund WILL be issued.

*No show policy: If you no show for your appointment or cancel less than 72 hours before your appointment time, your booking fee will NOT be refunded.

*Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at anytime before your appointment. Please reschedule 72 hours prior to your appointment so the appointment time may be filled with
another patient.

Happy Skin is proud to offer discounted rates for our families using insurance IF your plan does not cover the billed amount.

Example: Insurance is billed $225 and your responsibility is $175 after insurance processes your
claim. Your balance will be adjusted to meet the self-pay fee and your balance will be $100 if
you paid the $25 booking.

What to Expect After Booking an Appointment

REQUIRED INTAKE FORMS: You will receive links to complete medical intake forms via EMAIL and TEXT. Complete these as soon as possible.

SENDING PHOTOS: Send links through the patient portal. The patient portal link from Kareo will be EMAILED.

*Send a “MESSAGE”; and upload 2 photos at a time to prevent the system from freezing

USING YOUR INSURANCE FOR PRESCRIPTIONS: Add your insurance information so the pharmacy can process your prescriptions with your insurance benefits.
